Need to return something? Not a problem.
We accept returns and exchanges of all unworn and unwashed products that are sold at full price within 14 days of delivery of your order.
This excludes sale and promotional items unless the item is faulty.
In order to exchange or return product/s bought online through our online store, please Email us! Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining what the problem was and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please include your order number, full name and email address that was used when you placed the order.
You will be responsible for paying the postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
If you would prefer to exchange rather than refund, the cost of sending your replacement will be covered by Goolife.
- Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery
- Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must be unworn & unwashed and have no stains or strong odours.
- No returns or exchange for sale items unless the item is faulty.
- We do not cover for the cost of the return postage. It is recommended to use a postage service with tracking as Goolife is not liable for any packages lost in transit.
All items are inspected upon arrival.
